Outsource people 2014 held in Kyiv, 28-29 November. The event gathered together representatives of the fastest growing economic sector of Eastern Europe area.

The conference was composed of two separate days. The first day was about marketing, sales, finances, freelance, beginners and was oriented on small business owners and Sales-, Marketing-, HR- ? PM-workers. The second day was for advanced business owners, for those who achieve results and think about further development. The main themes were about the company's strategy and prospects of outsourcing, opening of a sales office and in the regions.
The purpose of the event was the exchange of best practice developments in the field of business outsourcing and consolidation of outsourcing world. The conference was an impetus for self-organization of IT companies in the local and international communities for sharing tips, ideas, and orders.
